There are so many great ways you can use social media as a helpful tool when it comes to real estate.
Facebook: These are some of your most trusted friends, family and co-workers. Put up a post and simply ASK! Some of the best referrals I have gotten are when someone asks for a good REALTOR® and someone they know recommends me. Don’t stop there either, ask for contractors, painters, pool companies and so on.
Instagram: When you are house shopping take pictures of things you like in other homes! These can give you great ideas of what you might want to do with your own home. Check out pictures of what your friends post in their home to get other ideas as well.
Pinterest: This is one of my favorite sites for real estate. You can get so many great ideas for kitchens, bathrooms, paint colors, even organization ideas for rooms! Here is my account: http://pinterest.com/lillirachel where you can see cool ideas for kitchens, baths, backyards and so on.
