Some people get caught up in the idea they need to go with a big realty company thinking that since they advertise a lot and you know their name, they must able to sell your home faster… Right???
You need to shop for the agent not the company. I can guarantee you that in big and small companies there are great agents, mediocre agents and terrible agents.
When you are interviewing REALTORS® ask them how their company adds value to their services.
Some big companies might concentrate on one area and have a bunch of agents that only work that area, meaning extra exposure.
Some smaller companies have better technology and social media qualities.

Concentrate more on agent availability, response time, communication skills, experience and market knowledge.
