I am a big Apple/Mac fan and all my products are Apple. I had a seller go to Germany for a trip while we were under contract, and then decided to stay there.
We were under contract and we had to go over quite a few details on occasion, that needed a conversation.
We “FaceTimed” and were able to do a video chat and go over all the documents together multiple times. She could show me them on her end what she had questions on and we could discuss.
It is great to have technology improving real estate transactions in such a positive way. Thanks Apple!
