I would recommend Lilli as a realtor because she’s smart and relentless. In a difficult market she found me a few buyers quickly. She recommended a price for the condo and I decided to go with a lower price because I wanted to liquidate quickly to limit my exposure to taxes and maintenance fees. It’s a buyers market in Florida now…and it’s the worst real estate market in 30 years. Tons of units in foreclosure on the market. She did her job. She’s direct with low levels of B.S. Hire her but be reasonable about your price. You need a smart rep and the right price to move property. My condo had no upgrades and was very basic. It needed new bathrooms and a new kitchen. Nothing had been done to it in 35 years.
