The seasons.

Hurricane season ended November 30, which means, here in South Florida, we enter the Snowbird Season.

That means more traffic and second-home buyers are here!

Real estate is busiest over the summer in South Florida, as families prefer to move before their children start school.

Around Halloween, it starts to slow, as people start focusing more on the holidays.

Elsewhere, it is getting colder, and people start to getting more miserable. And that’s when the calls start coming in…

I get them all the time, “We are thinking of retiring in the next few years and want to get a place now.” Or, “It is so cold here, I can’t take it anymore. I need a place in Florida.”

So if you are thinking of retiring in Florida, now is the time to start looking!
