I had a beautiful waterfront home in Hollywood Lakes asking $650,000. It was a 4 bedroom, 3 bath and had mostly tile throughout.
A REALTOR® brought a mom and her two little girls to see the house. I would guess the girls were around 3 and 6 maybe?
I was busy showing the mom and the REALTOR® around, while the girls ran around the house on their own. The mom didn’t seem to have an issue with it, and they seemed harmless, so I didn’t pay much attention to them.
After seeing the home, they were getting ready to leave and realized one of the little girls was missing her shoes. We walked around the house and I started to notice an odd smell as we got closer to the bedrooms.
We walk by a bedroom and I see what looked like a large pine cone on the tile floor.
And then I put it all together (the smell and the pine cone), realizing one of the little girls pooped on the floor.
The mom just got a tissue from the bathroom and disposed of it in the toilet. Neither the REALTOR® or the mom seemed to be fazed.
All I have to say is, thank goodness it wasn’t worse…
